Returns & Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges for size or color. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and receive a full refund, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees.

Returns:

  • Accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Processing Time:

    • Cairo: Allow 5-7 business days for processing returns after approval.
    • Other Governorates: Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns after approval.

Refunds:

  • We offer convenient and direct refunds through Instapay and Vodafone Cash for eligible returns.
  • Refunds are initiated upon package receipt at our warehouse, not when the courier picks it up.
  • We cannot process refunds through couriers or shipping companies.
  • For immediate Cash, Instapay, or Vodafone Cash refunds: return your package in person during office hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
