Returns and Exchanges


Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.  

Cairo Residents:

For the fastest and most convenient returns: Visit our office in Nasr City during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM) to exchange or return your items and receive your refund instantly in Cash or through Instapay or Vodafone Cash. This is the only way to avoid shipping delays and receive immediate refunds.

If you prefer to return through a shipping company, please note that the entire return process, including pickup by the shipping company and processing of your refund, may take 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping fees will apply. These fees may be similar to the original shipping rates. We encourage you to visit our office for a faster and more convenient experience.

 

Other Governorates:

Returns are handled by the shipping company. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package back.


To submit a return:

  1. Login to your account on feheconcept.com using the same email address you checked out with. You can access the login page by clicking on the three dashes on the left side of the header menu and selecting “ login “ you'll find it at the bottom of the menu.
  2. You will receive a 6-digit code message in your email. Enter this code in the "Verification Code" field.
  3. Find and click on the specific order you would like to return.
  4. Choose the item you would like to return.
  5. Click on "Submit Return".
  6. In the "notes" tab, please leave your InstaPay address or Vodafone Cash number to receive your refund. If you didn’t, don’t worry; we will contact you via email or WhatsApp. 

 

 

Exchanges:

We currently don't offer direct exchanges for size or color. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and receive a full refund, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees.

Please note: This policy applies unless the item is defective. In cases of defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on international orders unless you are willing to bear the shipping fees. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully review our size chart and ask any questions you may have about sizing before placing your order.
